Dante`s father has been his advisor and mentor. He holds a lawyer degree but his life belongs to the horses. He is been a top trainer for almost thirty years, having trained in Perú and couple under-contract in Colombia.
Dante Sr. has conditioned a number of Champions and Graded Stakes winners. Among those we remembered Sergis Khan, Marfil, Ojitos, Garañon, Crisis, Infiernillo, Mataperro, Le Mistral, Rochelle, El Arrancadas, Geisha Midori, Danton, Maestra Vida, La Llamarada, Indomito, Lady Khan, Black Fury, Corrosco, Tom, Madriguera, Marca Real, Huaron, Getaway, Lola Pistolas, Fragil Flor, Ibn Rachid, Hegemonia, Ferdinand, Cocorolito, etc.
Dante Sr. has also developed great people in his barn. A numbered of great jockeys has been under his wing since their beginning including some accomplished jockeys in the United States like Arnold Unsihuay, Eberd Estrada, Victor Ramirez, Pablo Tolentino and one of the greatest jockeys of all time, Edgar Prado.
